Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director, Strategic Program Delivery to accelerate PDS strategy and build systems of excellence across strategy, operations, data and digital, and program management.

The role partners with senior leaders to drive rigorous analysis, shape the strategic portfolio, and deliver measurable value through complex, high-visibility initiatives. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in science, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of industry-related pharma or life sciences experience with enterprise initiatives.
• Experience at top-tier strategy consulting is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in matrix environments.
• Expert in driving organizational change management and adoption at scale.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead enterprise-level initiatives with senior leaders, defining problem statements, outcomes, and roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end priority programs, framing hypotheses, mobilization, and execution enablement.
• Translate market signals into growth implications and present concise scenarios to executives.
• Direct cross-functional program teams with clear forums, governance, and risk management.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and provide actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
