Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a permanent Associate Director, GSC Decision Intelligence Lead. The role drives decision intelligence strategy, integrates AI and analytics, and partners with cross-functional teams to improve decision quality and adoption across GSC programs.

The role focuses on governance, adoption, and value realization, working with AI accelerators, data capabilities, and process owners to deliver measurable program outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong background in decision science, analytics and AI-enabled decision support.
Experience leading cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
Knowledge of GSC, supply chain analytics and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and delivery of GSC Decision Intelligence roadmap.
Model key decisions, define inputs, owners, escalation paths and outcomes.
Pilot and evaluate tools for decision intelligence including analytics, scenario modeling and digital twins.
Partner with IT, data, and business SMEs to translate needs into technical requirements.
Develop adoption plans, governance, and training to embed decision-centric work practices.
