Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Dublin is seeking a Manager, Operations Supply Planner to lead supply planning for external manufacturing and internal sites. You will ensure alignment with demand and maintain efficient operations across drug substance, drug product and finished goods.

The role requires collaboration with global supply chain teams, use of SAP and other ERP tools, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills to mitigate risks and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in supply chain management.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Rapid Response).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Base understanding of regulatory requirements (cGMP, FDA, EMA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply plans for materials related to the product portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal and external manufacturing sites to balance customer service with efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update POs for Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished Goods.
• Engage with global and local supply chain teams to ensure continuity of supply and identify risks.
• Use ERP systems (SAP, Rapid Response) to manage demand propagation and MRP.
• Monitor demand changes and adjust production plans with stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory risks and assist in risk resolution with stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and contribute to monthly/quarterly stock views and improvements.
• Support digital tooling, data analysis, and planning workflow automation.
