Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Serialization Data Operations in Ireland to lead and optimize data workstreams across markets, CMOs, and 3PLs. You will drive data-driven decisions, ensure regulatory reporting readiness, and oversee exceptions resolution and continuous improvement of serialization processes.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years total business experience in pharma/serialization.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and serialization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work across IT, logistics, and business units.

Responsibilities

• Manage serialization data operations across markets and partners.
• Lead efforts to analyze and mitigate serialization data challenges.
• Support regulatory data reporting requirements globally.
• Develop data-driven strategies to enable faster decision-making.
• Maintain dashboards and resolve data exceptions.
• Collaborate with CMOs, 3PLs and customers to ensure compliance.
