The role drives standardization, transparency, and data-enabled decision-making across the network, overseeing cost and inventory accounting, ICP coordination, and FP&A support while building a high-performing team.

The position emphasizes strategic leadership, collaboration with IT and Digital teams, and alignment with business objectives, with a hybrid/work model and global scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CIMA, CPA) preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in Finance with strong exposure to product costing and manufacturing finance.
• Experience leading global process transformation and cross-geography team development.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the global costing vision and roadmap for the organization.
• Establish governance and standards for costing across sites and external supply chains.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
