Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Ireland is seeking a Project Engineer to drive engineering projects across site facilities and production equipment. You will specify, develop, purchase, and introduce tooling and processes aligned with customer needs, while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.

The role requires an engineering degree and at least two years’ experience, with a focus on delivering projects on time, safely and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (Level 7) or equivalent.
  • Two years’ experience in an engineering role.
  • Ability to set clear goals and manage progress to completion.
  • Multi-tasking and priority setting capabilities.
  • Proactive problem solving and strong communication at all levels.
  • Willingness to work across shifts as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for specification, development, purchase and introduction of site facility, equipment, tooling and processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments and suppliers during equipment specification to ensure fit for purpose.
  • Identify future capital investment projects to improve business offerings.
  • Lead FAT and SAT trials and ensure successful implementation on time and within budget.
  • Maintain technical documentation and tooling databases, SOPs and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS, cGMP and regulatory standards across projects.
  • Support continuous improvement and OEE initiatives to improve efficiencies and reduce waste.
