Responsibilities

• Manage a high performing team delivering large-scale programmes across multiple sub-projects.
• Communicate project status, risks and milestones with site managers, global teams and customers.
• Define programme strategy, scope and objectives with cross-functional teams and sponsors.
• Manage budgets and CapEx, report on expenditure and benefits realized.
• Lead New Product Introduction processes per company policies.
