Qualifications

Degree in Engineering.
10+ years in pharmaceutical, medical device or regulated industry.
5+ years leadership experience.
Strong GMP, validation, quality systems and project management knowledge.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for engineering, maintenance, automation and facilities teams.
Develop engineering strategy aligned to site objectives.
Lead capital investment planning, URS, FAT, SAT and commissioning.
Drive OEE, throughput, quality, reliability and waste reduction.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, regulatory requirements.
Support risk assessments (FMEA, HAZOP) and CAPA implementation.
