PCI Pharma Services Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager of Automation Engineering to lead PCI sites in Ireland, delivering automation strategies for manufacturing and packaging. The role focuses on modernization, regulatory compliance, and cross-site collaboration with engineering leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering or technical discipline; may substitute experience.
• 3–5 years in automation management and control systems.
• 3–5 years in GMP/biotech/medical device environments in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on PLC/SCADA programming and configuration experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the automation group across PCI sites.
• Maintain and update system software on production lines and facilities.
• Develop procedures for cost control, safety, and capital projects.
• Oversee automation CAPEX budgets and project delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and operations for technology upgrades.
• Ensure system integrity, data security, and regulatory compliance.
