Job summary

Hanley Energy invites a Program Manager to lead and coordinate company-wide programs in a manufacturing environment. You will supervise Project Managers, allocate resources, and ensure delivery of quality products on time and within budget.

The role requires PMP certification and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 5–7 years of supervisory experience and 3 years in project management. Data Centre experience is valued, with a focus on cost control and customer collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a mechanical, electrical or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in manufacturing, development or research environments preferred.
• Data Centre experience is preferred; other sectors considered.
• Commercial experience and driving financial success across programs/projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management and direction of the Program Management function.
• Identify, hire and train Project Managers and advise subordinates on complex tasks.
• Monitor resources and coordinate workflow for Program Managers.
• Deliver quality products on time and within budget with competitive features.
• Oversee progress of one or more Program Teams and report monthly status to management.
• Communicate with key customers to understand needs and ensure customer perspectives are considered.
