Job summary

CEL Critical Power is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead high-value customer programmes across its international operations. You will oversee governance, risk management, capacity planning, and delivery across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.

You will establish scalable delivery frameworks, drive schedule adherence, and ensure quality, cost, and customer satisfaction as CEL expands globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in programme or project management within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or engineered product environments.
• 10+ years in senior delivery leadership with direct customer accountability.
• Proven ownership of complex, multi-workstream programmes across cross-functional teams.
• Experience across international sites or delivery environments.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value customer programmes.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules across workstreams.
• Establish governance, stage gates, and reporting cadences.
• Monitor health with financial metrics, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Mitigate risks, manage change control, and escalate critical issues.
