Qualifications

  • 5-10 years in program/project management, supply chain, operations or manufacturing.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, production planning and NPI.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage schedules, costs, risks and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with product development and introduction lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead programs across the full product lifecycle, including development, readiness and obsolescence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Engineering and Quality.
  • Act as customer advocate, building relationships with internal customers and international sites.
  • Lead production preparation and readiness, ensuring materials and resources are in place.
  • Coordinate procurement and material requirements for NPI and ongoing production.
  • Develop and manage introduction, phase-in and phase-out plans.
  • Support sales and order demand planning to align with capacity.
  • Monitor program cost, schedule, supply and performance; drive corrective actions.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to join a high-performing manufacturing environment.

This is a key cross-functional role combining program management, supply chain, procurement, operations and New Product Introduction (NPI). You will be responsible for coordinating activities across the full product lifecycle, from development and production readiness through to ongoing support and obsolescence.

Working closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Quality, Finance and global stakeholders, you will ensure that programs are delivered on time, to cost and to the required quality standards, while maintaining a strong focus on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead programs throughout the full product lifecycle, including new product development, product introduction, production support, obsolescence and aftermarket requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance and other business functions.
  • Act as a key customer advocate, developing strong relationships with internal customers and international sites.
  • Lead production preparation and readiness activities, ensuring materials, equipment, resources and production requirements are in place.
  • Coordinate procurement and material requirements associated with New Product Introduction (NPI) and ongoing production.
  • Develop and manage product introduction, phase-in and phase-out plans.
  • Support sales and order demand planning, ensuring customer requirements are aligned with supply chain and production capacity.
  • Monitor program cost, schedule, supply, demand and overall performance, identifying risks and driving corrective actions.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree or higher in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5-10 years' experience in program/project management, supply chain, operations, manufacturing or a related environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and/or geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, production planning, procurement and/or New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Experience working within a manufacturing or electronics environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing schedules, costs, risks, KPIs and corrective actions.
  • Strong understanding of the product development and introduction lifecycle.
