Job summary

CEL Critical Power is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value customer projects across international operations and manage a team of Project Managers. You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, maintain strong governance, and report on performance across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, or engineered products.
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-value customer projects and leading Project Managers.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, margin, and cost-to-complete.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Coach and develop a team of Project Managers and oversee governance across the portfolio.
• Own project and portfolio financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and customers, manage escalations and key delivery discussions.
