Job summary

The Fidelis Partnership is seeking a Procurement & Vendor Management Specialist to join a hands-on team supporting technology, professional services, information services and corporate suppliers. You will handle supplier renewals, purchase orders, onboarding and reporting, while maintaining accurate records and driving commercial outcomes.

This role requires strong organisation, financial acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities with rigor.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, vendor management, finance operations or similar environment.
• Experience managing or supporting supplier renewals, purchase orders, invoices, quotations or onboarding.
• Exposure to software, SaaS, licences, data services or professional services.
• Experience using an ERP or P2P platform such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage software, data and service renewals, including renewal dates and notices.
• Ensure renewal and commercial decisions are made ahead of deadlines.
• Create and maintain purchase orders with accurate supplier records and approvals.
• Reconcile contracts, budgets, purchase orders and invoices, resolving exceptions.
• Analyse supplier spend and renewal data using Excel and reporting tools.
• Support supplier onboarding, governance reviews and offboarding with coordinating evidence and approvals.
• Negotiate routine pricing and terms, escalating complex matters when needed.
• Maintain auditable records of decisions, savings and actions.
• Collaborate with owners, suppliers, and teams to coordinate procurement activity.
