Qualifications

• 10+ years in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting role.
• Proven expertise across Public/Hybrid Cloud, Modern Networking, Cybersecurity frameworks, and Managed Service operations.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to pivot from problem-fixing to enabling business outcomes.
• Exceptional presentation skills and C-level gravitas.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Trusted Advisor for a small portfolio of high-value Focus Accounts.
• Develop multi-year Technology Roadmaps aligning Managed Services with Professional Services.
• Support quarterly business reviews to present innovation opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
• Design and deliver customer briefings; lead discovery and design for complex multi-vendor solutions.
• Create SoW, High-Level Designs (HLD), and technical proposals for core services.
• Collaborate with Presales SMEs to prepare SoW, HLD, and proposals for non-core services.
• Identify white-space opportunities with Account Directors and build robust Business Cases.
• Assist in responding to RFIs and RFPs; size and price Managed Services for existing clients.
• Provide guidance and peer reviews for junior staff; stay abreast of industry trends.
