Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant senior experience leading PMO, transformation or enterprise change functions.
• Experience establishing or maturing PMO governance, reporting and planning standards.
• Proven ability to deliver transformation with multiple stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong governance, financial oversight, risk and change considerations.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into practical delivery plans.
• Strong people leadership, building teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Excellent judgement, resilience and communication in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Central PMO and Transformation function, setting direction, operating model, standards and ways of working.
• Provide clear portfolio oversight across strategic programmes, ensuring priorities and interdependencies are understood.
• Embed governance with planning, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, dependency management, benefits and reporting.
• Drive delivery discipline and provide support to programme owners and senior stakeholders.
• Develop an integrated view of enterprise priorities, including capacity, risks, dependencies, financials and benefits realisation.
• Lead prioritisation and sequencing of transformation activity to deliver Strategy 2026.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape transformation plans and manage adoption risks.
• Provide leadership to the Central PMO and Transformation team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
