Job summary

Susquehanna International Group in Dublin seeks an experienced PMO Manager to establish a formal PMO, set governance, standardize processes, and lead expansion across technology, regulatory change, and transformation.

You will build and lead a small PMO team, partner with senior stakeholders, implement scalable methodologies, and ensure delivery discipline and agility in a regulated trading environment across EMEA and global offices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record establishing a PMO function in a regulated environment.
• Experience leading multi-workstream portfolios spanning technology, regulatory change and transformation.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with ability to build a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the PMO operating model, governance, lifecycle, reporting, and tooling.
• Lead a small PMO team; partner with senior leaders and business lines across geographies.
• Drive benefits tracking, ROI reporting, portfolio prioritisation, and delivery discipline.
• Embed governance in a trading/regulatory setting and support decision forums with clear data.
