Job summary

Carraig Donn and Aran Woollen Mills are seeking commercially minded project professionals to join their Programme Management Office (PMO) in Westport, Ireland. You will drive a portfolio of strategic initiatives from planning to delivery, reporting to senior leadership, including the CEO and Board.

Requirements include 2–5 years in project/ programme/portfolio management, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to turn strategy into action.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in project, programme or portfolio management.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate strategic projects from planning through to implementation.
• Work with Department Heads to establish objectives, plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Track progress, milestones, risks, dependencies and resources across projects.
• Prepare clear project updates for senior management and the Board.
• Support governance and reporting across the Group to improve delivery.
