Job summary

Teamworx in Ireland seeks two commercially minded Project Managers for its Retail programme, based at head office in Westport. Roles are on-site five days a week, with travel fully expensed.

Salary is €40,000 plus bonus and benefits, with permanent, full-time contracts and reporting to the Head of Growth Strategy. You will drive strategic projects from planning to delivery, coordinate with department heads and the CEO/Board, optimise processes, and build standard PM tools and governance across

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience, 2–5 years.
• Strong commercial awareness and impact on revenue, costs and profitability.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to bring structure to complex work.
• Confidence with data, spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and concise updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with department heads and project owners to set plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and resources; flag issues early.
• Prepare clear progress reports for senior management and the Board.
• Support governance and project review meetings and ensure actions are followed through.
• Help build consistent project management tools and reporting across the group.
