• Bachelor’s degree in human resources and CIPD qualification preferred.
• 2+ years HR experience in a similar environment.
• Experience at strategic and operational levels with a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
• Support workforce planning and change initiatives.
• Advise on performance, engagement and organisational effectiveness.
• Ensure recruitment practices are fair and aligned with business needs.
• Oversee payroll coordination and employee records management.
