Job summary

Cisco in Ireland seeks a high-calibre Partner Solutions Engineer to drive partner-led revenue by enabling and aligning partners with Cisco’s technology strategy. You will act as the technical liaison to accelerate practice development and ensure long-term architectural alignment across the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical experience in the networking industry.
• Expertise in one or more domains: Networking, Security, Data Center Networking, or Collaboration Devices.
• Proven experience engaging with partner roles, from engineers to C-suite decision-makers.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to value-sell and run technical workshops.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic architectural leadership to drive technology adoption and cross-sell opportunities.
• Engage partners with enablement programs and align labs with Cisco's roadmap.
• Lead GTM activities in Secure Networking, AI infrastructure, and Workplace Experiences; run POCs.
• Coordinate with Portfolio SEs to maintain a unified One Cisco technical front.
• Guide partners through complex support processes and drive renewals with feature adoption.
• Support demand generation and partner-led pipeline through technical credibility.
• Represent Cisco at partner events and technical forums to build a community.
