National Vehicle Distribution is seeking a Business Manager to act as the COO's executive proxy across Irish and UK operations. You will govern cross-functional initiatives, drive strategic programs, and ensure delivery against multi-site milestones while embedding a zero-defect culture.

You will lead governance frameworks, report on KPIs, and coordinate with Finance, IT, and Operations to unlock efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or an Engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in automotive logistics, complex supply chains, or industrial operations with executive support.
• Experience orchestrating multi-site change initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or structured project management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Acts as COO's executive proxy in cross-functional forums, steering committees, and senior leadership meetings.
• Transforms high-level corporate visions into actionable operational execution plans.
• Leads cross-border alignment to ensure consistent processes between Irish and UK sites.
