National Vehicle Distribution seeks a strategic HGV Workshop & Fleet Manager to lead vehicle maintenance across Ireland and the UK. You will bridge business strategy with workshop execution, overseeing a 135-strong fleet with plans to scale to 200, while ensuring uptime and compliance across sites.

The role requires travel between Ireland and the UK, leading 2–3 workshop managers, and optimizing the 70% in-house vs 30% subcontractor model. A strong mechanical engineering background is essential.

• Drive fleet growth: scale from 135 to 200 car transporters with in-house and subcontracted maintenance.
• Prepare data-backed business cases for CapEx and equipment updates for SMT.
• Ensure compliance with RSA and DVSA regulations; promote safety culture.
