National Vehicle Distribution is seeking a Business Manager to partner with the COO and steer multi-site operations across Ireland and the UK. You will oversee governance, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure project delivery aligns with growth milestones.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive management experience in automotive logistics or industrial operations.
• Experience supporting executive-level leaders including governance and transformation.
• Proven background in Lean, Six Sigma or structured project management.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with a track record of asset optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Act as executive proxy to the COO, driving cross-functional alignment and governance.
• Transform high-level strategy into actionable operational plans.
• Demonstrate cross-border cohesion between Irish and UK operations.
• Establish transformation governance models and KPI dashboards.
• Lead multi-site change initiatives with lean and standardisation principles.
