Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience in strategy and operations within global organisations
• Designing operating models, governance structures and scalable processes
• Translate strategic priorities into clear objectives and execution plans
• Strong financial and resource management including budgets and headcount
• Lead change initiatives in complex matrix environments
• Improve processes using data, automation or AI to drive efficiency
• Analytical mindset to simplify complex workflows

Responsibilities

• Design and improve the operating model for International Communications & Patient Advocacy
• Lead planning, objective-setting and prioritisation to align resources with goals
• Simplify processes to reduce duplication and inefficiencies
• Apply data, automation and AI to improve workflows and decisions
• Define and embed performance dashboards and KPIs to track impact
• Drive financial discipline, budgets, headcount and resource allocation
• Lead vendor strategy and partnerships to optimise value
• Deliver transformation initiatives and drive adoption across teams
