Job summary

Anderson McQue Inc is seeking an experienced senior operations leader in Dublin to oversee critical energy and facilities management across 30+ sites. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management of pharma-grade utilities, ensuring 24/7 service delivery and regulatory compliance.

You will lead safety initiatives, drive profitability, and partner with client stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth across Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Food & Beverage

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or relevant discipline.
• Ten or more years in a similar senior operations role.
• Senior management experience in complex organisations.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performance technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L of Energy Operations in Ireland; drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead ~350 indirect reports across GM teams; foster high performance and succession planning.
• Own safety for Energy Operations with support from Risk & Assurance teams.
• Maintain and improve a robust health and safety culture across the area.
• Manage senior client relationships and business development across sectors.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and process innovation across operations.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
• Participate in Ireland senior leadership team and growth initiatives.
• Implement medium/long-term growth strategy with stakeholder buy-in.
