Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, computer science, or related field; postgraduate qualification beneficial.
• Proven experience managing clinical trial data and driving data strategy across multiple studies.
• Ideally 5–8 years’ experience in clinical data management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial methodology, GCP, and medical terminology.
• Advanced ability to analyze data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration in global teams.
• Ability to identify risks and implement data solutions.
• Excellent communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical data management activities across multiple trials to ensure high-quality, timely, compliant data outputs.
• Define and drive trial-level data strategies aligned with program objectives, data standards, and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee end-to-end data management from data collection to database lock readiness.
• Represent Clinical Data Management in governance forums and resolve data topics with urgency.
• Identify and manage data risks and cross-trial issues with proactive mitigation.
• Reinforce Quality by Design and audit readiness across trials.
• Share insights and guidance to strengthen decision-making and continuous improvement.
