Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years experience in solutions consulting or program management within a technical environment.
• Experience leading cross-organizational transformations toward automated, hybrid, or AI-driven solutions.
• Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities and drive pragmatic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global automated intake process and design human-in-the-loop safety nets.
• Oversee transition to proactive, risk-based controls in AI-first and hybrid models.
• Partner with Directors to navigate internal approvals for new services.
• Build an operational intelligence hub using KPIs to track launch health.
• Transform leadership directives into actionable blueprints with clear milestones.
