Inflection AI seeks a senior leader to establish and scale its Ireland presence within the Safety, Wellbeing & Trust team. You will shape privacy, regulatory, and corporate compliance, ensuring enforcement of content and safety policies worldwide in a fast-growing AI company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in trust & safety operations, privacy/data protection, regulatory compliance, corporate compliance, or a combination of these fields.
• Significant experience enforcing on highly graphic or disturbing content in sensitive areas.
• Strong program management skills driving complex cross-functional workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own global content and safety enforcement end to end policy enforcement, misuse detection and response, case resolution, and escalation protocols.
• Act as the senior escalation point and incident lead for complex safety, integrity, reputational, and operational issues.
• Build internal governance and risk frameworks for AI safety, content moderation, and platform integrity, partnering with Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Policy, and Operations.
• Serve as operational lead for GDPR and broader regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, Digital Services Act), and support the relationship with the Irish Data Protection Commission as our lead EU supervisory authority.
