Job summary

Inflection AI Limited, the Irish subsidiary of Inflection AI, Inc., seeks a strategic leader to shape privacy, regulatory and corporate compliance across the EU. You will drive GDPR, EU AI Act, and Digital Services Act enforcement, and coordinate with Irish regulators while scaling our Ireland presence.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years in trust & safety, privacy, and regulatory functions, with strong cross‑functional leadership, executive presence, and risk management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in trust & safety operations, privacy/data protection, regulatory compliance, corporate compliance, or related fields.
• Experience enforcing on sensitive content and managing risk at scale is preferred.
• Strong program management and cross‑functional leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end policy enforcement, misuse detection, response, case resolution, and escalation protocols.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex safety, integrity, reputational, and operational issues.
• Build governance and risk frameworks for AI safety, content moderation, and platform integrity with cross‑functional partners.
• Lead GDPR, EU AI Act, Digital Services Act compliance efforts and liaise with Irish DPC as the lead EU supervisory authority.
• Define how personal data is processed in coordination with the Ireland‑based board and US leadership.
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation (records of processing, DPIAs, privacy policies).
• Help stand up and scale the Ireland office, incl. recruiting and onboarding in collaboration with Legal and regulators.
