Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Success Manager specialized in Life Sciences to partner with customers in pharma, biotech, and MedTech, guiding them to accelerate value from Salesforce while navigating regulatory requirements.

You will bridge business and technical needs, driving adoption and ensuring governance, with a focus on executive alignment and industry-specific outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or MedTech experience.
• Strong consulting skills and trusted-advisor capability.
• Ability to drive C-level conversations and handle objections.
• Fluency in English; French or German language skills preferred for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Use our Customer Success Methodology to understand goals and provide recommendations to accelerate business value.
• Develop knowledge of customers' Salesforce implementation and evangelise Salesforce across Clouds.
• Guide customers on governance and organisational change based on needs.
• Demonstrate Salesforce product knowledge by applying platform features to business priorities and roadmap.
• Proactively identify risks to achieving stated goals and work with the account team on mitigation plans.
• Build executive-level relationships with IT and business sponsors to strengthen the partnership.
