Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an Operational Key Account Manager to drive strategic engagement with key customers and deliver innovative logistics solutions across Ireland.

You will be the central point of contact for major accounts, lead contract discussions, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring service excellence across dynamic supply chains.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer relationship management or key account management.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a commercial mindset.
• Analytical, precise, and solution-oriented working style.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts with a Voice of the Customer approach.
• Act as main contact for assigned customers, building multi-level relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and lead negotiations.
• Present innovative, sustainable logistics solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead customer meetings, including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Oversee contract reviews, pricing discussions, and change requests.
• Coordinate tender management and CIP initiatives.
• Track KPIs such as revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer data across Dynamics, Globecon, and NPS.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the Commercial Director to grow and retain business.
