• Strategic Business Partnership – advise Manufacturing leadership, translate priorities into a technology roadmap.
• Leadership & Team Development – mentor a high‑performing team, foster accountability and growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Influence – build credibility with Directors, VPs, IT and manufacturing leadership.
• Portfolio & Delivery Leadership – oversee multiple tech initiatives, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
