Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with people management.
Experience managing strategic portfolios and technology investments of $1M to $10M+.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor to Manufacturing leadership and translate priorities into a technology vision.
Lead and develop a high-performing team with accountability and continuous improvement.
Manage multiple stakeholders across Directors, IT leadership, and external partners.
Oversee a portfolio of technology initiatives, ensuring delivery on objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Own technology investment planning, budgets, and ROI accountability.
