Job summary

Abbott in Ireland is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with manufacturing and site leaders, translating priorities into effective people strategies.

You will coach leaders, manage employee relations, and shape talent, succession, culture and change initiatives while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

Using HR metrics and analytics, you’ll identify trends, implement improvements, and enhance the employee experience across Abbott sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• CIPD qualification or membership (or equivalent) is desirable.
• Experience supporting leaders in Employee Relations, coaching, Change Management and Employee Engagement.
• Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret HR metrics.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partner: translate priorities into effective people strategies and workforce plans.
• Leadership Coaching & Support: act as advisor and coach to leaders, fostering development and effectiveness.
• Employee & Industrial Relations: provide guidance on ER matters, ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
• Talent & Organisational Capability: identify talent needs, support recruitment, succession planning and development.
• Culture, Engagement & Change: champion culture and employee experience initiatives, drive engagement.
• HR Operations & Continuous Improvement: support core processes, HR data quality, and improvement initiatives.
