- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years IT leadership experience with 5–6 direct reports.
- Experience managing strategic portfolios and tech investments $1M–$10M+.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnership: serve as trusted advisor to Manufacturing leadership and translate priorities into a technology vision.
- Leadership & Team Development: lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team and manage capacity planning.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: build partnerships with Directors, VP IT, and site leadership.
- Portfolio & Delivery Leadership: oversee initiatives, budgets, timelines, and risk management.
