TP in Dublin is seeking a Senior IT Lead & Client Success Manager to direct IT operations across our two Dublin sites. This high‑impact role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery to ensure technology drives measurable value for clients and the business.

You will own regional budgets, guide service delivery, partner with clients and senior stakeholders, and lead a small team of 3–5 engineers while maintaining 24/7 on‑call readiness and compliance with GDPR and security standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise IT environments.
• 5+ years leading IT teams in a BPO, Managed Services, or large enterprise environment.
• Proven people management experience and leadership of technical teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing operational budgets.
• Proven experience managing enterprise service delivery and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of IT governance, risk, and compliance.
• Experience with ITIL practices and security/compliance (GDPR).

Responsabilités

• Lead IT operations across Dublin sites, ensuring SLA/OLA targets are met.
• Own regional IT operating and capital budgets and report ROI.
• Build relationships with clients, TAMs, and senior stakeholders as a trusted IT partner.
• Drive client retention, business growth, and new opportunities through technology delivery.
• Lead change governance, security, GDPR, and business continuity planning.
• Manage a 3–5 person Desktop Support team; mentor and develop staff.
• Act as senior escalation point for P1/P2 incidents and guide technical responses.
• Oversee a 24/7 on‑call support model and CSI initiatives.
• Drive modernization and innovation across enterprise infrastructure, networking, and end‑user computing.
