Zusammenfassung

Aptiv is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst for Record to Report to act as the primary IT contact for planning and delivery. You will translate business needs into documentation and design, enabling successful project outcomes while supporting the R2R portfolio across the organization.

You will collaborate with process owners and IT teams, manage requirements throughout the lifecycle, and ensure effective testing, training, and deployment of solutions, contributing to continuous IT service

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master in computer science, business, finance, accounting, MIS or related field.
• 3+ years in multinational IT environment.
• Experience delivering IT solutions for Record to Report processes (Finance operations, accounting, planning, treasury, tax).
• Knowledge of SAP, High Radius, Trintech Cadency, Oracle Hyperion, SOVOS E-compliance preferred.
• Experience with SDLC, ITIL, IT infrastructure services, IT Audit and Compliance, ServiceNow.

• Elicit and document business requirements for new/enhanced capabilities.
• Define, elicit, analyse, record and validate requirements throughout projects.
• Develop business process models, requirements, and use cases.
• Liaise between business and IT for solution delivery and value realization.
• Recommend systems and processes to improve or retire capabilities.
• Lead user acceptance testing, training plans, and deployment support.
