You will develop and deliver internal communication strategies that align with global objectives, and craft engaging content across storytelling, video, digital, and social channels to strengthen colleague engagement and brand advocacy.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape a consistent narrative that mirrors Primark’s strategy, values and behaviours, while collaborating with Corporate Affairs to plan

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering large-scale internal communication strategies.
• Ability to translate complex business information into clear, engaging communications.
• Proven experience delivering effective crisis communications.
• Proactive and self-motivated with initiative and ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Creative storyteller with attention to detail and engaging initiatives.

• Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with Primark’s global objectives.
• Create engaging content across storytelling, video, digital, and social channels to boost engagement.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape a consistent narrative aligned with strategy, purpose, values.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs to plan and execute campaigns and manage stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of internal channels, including ZING, with impactful content and metrics.
• Support events, crisis communications, and major colleague engagement initiatives from planning through execution.
