Job summary

Primark’s Technology Supplier Management team in Dublin is seeking a senior professional to shape strategic technology partnerships and drive value creation across procurement, legal, and finance functions.

You will lead supplier governance, negotiate contracts, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for innovation and sustainability while influencing senior stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a complex technology environment with supplier or vendor management responsibility.
• Proven experience managing strategic technology suppliers and outsourced service providers.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations, governance, and performance management.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supplier strategies that support business goals, innovation, resilience, and long-term value creation.
• Build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and key partners.
• Lead supplier governance activities including QBRs, performance reviews, scorecards, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, co-creation, and enhanced customer and colleague experiences through strategic partnerships.
• Support commercial activities including contract negotiations, renewals, risk management, and supplier capacity planning.
• Champion sustainability, supplier diversity, CSR initiatives, and compliance with security, regulatory, and ethical standards.
