Responsibilities
- Act as trusted HR advisor to CEO and leadership team.
- Partner with client group of ~75 employees.
- Develop and deliver commercially aligned people strategy.
- Provide senior-level advice on organisational design, talent, performance and employee relations.
- Support leaders through organisational change and transformation.
- Identify and address people risks proactively.
- Drive leadership development, engagement and talent initiatives.
- Use data and insights to influence decisions.
