Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner in Dublin to support a global financial services client. You will advise the CEO and senior leadership, shaping people strategy across organisational design, talent and performance while ensuring a high-quality employee experience.

The role requires partnering with a high-calibre team in a fast-paced environment, with a 4/1 hybrid model and significant visibility at the CEO level.

Qualifications

• Seasoned HR Business Partner with banking/financial services experience.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives, including at CEO/C-suite level.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to link people strategy to business performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR advisor to CEO and senior leadership.
• Partner with a client group of ~75 employees.
• Develop and deliver a commercially aligned people strategy.
• Advise on organisational design, talent, performance and succession.
• Support leaders through change and business transformation.
• Drive leadership development and engagement initiatives.
• Use data to influence people decisions.
