Blackrock Clinic, part of Blackrock Health, seeks a seasoned HR Business Partner to provide practical HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will advise on employee relations, coaching managers, and support organisational change within a leading Irish private hospital group.
Key duties include handling complex employee relations, ensuring fair procedures and compliance with Irish employment law, while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.

The HR Business Partner will work closely with Heads of Department, managers and colleagues across Blackrock Clinic as a trusted people adviser. The role provides practical, balanced and commercially aware HR support across the employee lifecycle, with particular strength in employee relations, manager coaching, attendance, performance, culture and organisational change.
A central focus of the role is to help create and maintain positive working relationships and a fair, respectful and accountable workplace. The post holder will support managers to address people matters early and confidently, while ensuring complex employee relations cases are managed consistently, sensitively and in accordance with Blackrock Clinic policy, fair procedures, Irish employment legislation and relevant codes of practice.
