Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an HR Business Partner for Co Clare on a 12-month maternity contract. The role will be on site for six months and then hybrid, supporting Shannon and Dublin entities with HR services for 400+ employees.

You will drive HR strategy, policy compliance, and employee relations while delivering guidance to managers and leading workforce planning and recruitment support.

Qualifications

• Proven capacity to handle confidential HR information with discretion.
• Minimum CIPD and a third-level qualification in HR or a related field.
• 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to employee representative groups.
• Great leadership, relationship-building, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High proficiency with IT systems and HR technologies.
• Detail-oriented approach with a high standard of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective partnerships across the business and leadership team to ensure HR policy compliance.
• Deliver guidance to people managers.
• Provide HR services to over 400 employees across Shannon and Dublin.
• Contribute to achieving annual strategic HR goals and initiatives.
• Produce regular HR, payroll, and L&D reports.
• Lead efforts to promote positive employee relations and resolve complex issues.
