Job summary

Medica Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives within a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will partner with senior leaders to drive organisational performance, lead people initiatives and support business growth, with a focus on employee relations, talent management and stakeholder engagement.

You will shape HR solutions, coach managers, and leverage data-driven insights while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.

Qualifications

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years’ progressive HR experience with strategic HR leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to lead HR projects and partner with senior leaders.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to optimise workforce structures and HR strategies.
• Align HR initiatives with regulatory and operational healthcare goals.
• Analyse workforce metrics and translate insights into decisions.
• Lead organisational change across clinics and groups; execute HR projects.
• Oversee end-to-end talent, performance and succession processes and payroll liaison.
