Job summary

Osborne - Recruitment Consultancy is partnering with a purpose-driven non-profit to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. You will work with senior leaders to shape people strategies, provide pragmatic, commercially aware HR advice and ensure HR practices reflect the organisation's values and mission.

You will support workforce planning, employee relations, performance management and culture development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies.
• Provide expert advice on ER, performance, absence, change, and employment matters.
• Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
• Coach managers to build capability in people management.
• Promote equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing across the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
