Job summary

Ipsen Manufacturing Ireland Ltd in Dublin is seeking an HR Director to shape the people strategy for the site and partner with the Site Head and leadership team. You will lead talent development, workforce planning, employee relations, and culture transformation to drive business performance in a global biopharma setting.

This hybrid role offers the chance to influence Ipsen's people agenda across manufacturing and global functions from Dublin.

Qualifications

• Significant HR leadership experience in an international setting.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in manufacturing or pharma.
• Strong organizational design, talent management and change leadership.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and influence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Lead talent, succession and leadership development initiatives.
• Champion employee engagement, wellbeing and speak-up culture.
• Oversee employee relations and Irish employment compliance.
• Drive core HR processes: performance, compensation and reviews.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence in Talent Acquisition and Reward.
