Back 4 Good is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director for an established organisation based in Castleknock, Dublin. This senior role leads the development and delivery of HR strategy to drive performance, culture and sustainable growth, collaborating with executive leadership to align people initiatives with business goals.

You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations and change management, ensuring GDPR compliance and competitive compensation strategies while championing

Competenze

• Requires degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Significant senior HR management experience, ideally including director-level responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience implementing HR transformation programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic decision-making capabilities.
