Back 4 Good is seeking an experienced Account Director – Advertising to lead key client relationships and shape innovative advertising strategies across digital, social, print and broadcast channels for a County Kerry client.

This senior role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership and the ability to win new business while overseeing budgets, campaigns and cross-functional delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in advertising, media sales or agency account management.
• Proven experience managing major client accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Experience delivering integrated advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value advertising accounts.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Develop integrated advertising campaigns across digital, social, print and broadcast channels.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate additional revenue.
• Lead client presentations, pitches and commercial negotiations.
• Oversee advertising budgets, campaign performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, production and media teams.
• Monitor market developments, consumer behaviour and advertising trends.
• Ensure campaigns meet agreed objectives, deadlines and quality standards.
