Job summary

Steering Point, on behalf of a leading Irish disability services provider, seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead the people function and join the Executive Management Team, reporting to the Chief Executive. Based in Dublin with hybrid working, the role covers workforce planning, IR, pay policy, culture and HR operations across the group.

Qualifications

Seven to ten years' senior HR experience.
Three to five years in a director-level HR role.
Experience in large, multi-site organisations with frontline rostered staff.
Strong industrial relations in a unionised setting.
Credibility with executive team and Board.
Primary degree and CIPD membership.
Experience in disability services or HIQA-regulated settings is an advantage.
